Privacy Policy

Last updated: pending final legal review. Applies to tabalacontentops.com and the Tabala ContentOps application.

This page is a draft pending final legal review. It reflects Tabala Digital Solutions' current terms and privacy practices.

Tabala Digital Solutions ("we", "us") operates Tabala ContentOps. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is protected when you use our marketing site or the application.

1. Information we collect

Account information you provide directly: name, work email, and organisation details entered when you register or use the application.

Content you create or upload within the application: deliverables, creative assets, revisions, approval decisions and related metadata.

Connected-account information: when you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram Professional account or LinkedIn Company Page, we store an encrypted access token and the minimum account metadata (such as page or organisation name) needed to publish on your behalf.

Usage data collected via this marketing site's analytics, limited to page views and interaction events described in our analytics documentation - no personally identifying data is included in those events.

2. How we use information

To operate the application: authenticating you, enforcing workspace and organisation boundaries, routing approvals, and publishing content to the channels you have connected and approved.

To maintain an audit trail of connection, approval and publishing actions for your own accountability, not for advertising purposes.

To communicate service-related notices to the email address on your account.

3. Data shared with third parties

Content you approve for publishing is sent to the corresponding platform (Meta for Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn) via that platform's own API, using the credentials you connected.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share connected-account tokens with any party other than the platform that issued them, and only to perform the publishing action you requested.

4. Data retention and deletion

Account and content data is retained for as long as your organisation maintains an active account, plus any period required for audit and legal purposes.

Disconnecting a social account revokes and deletes its stored credential. See our Data Deletion Instructions page for how to request deletion of data associated with a connected account.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time and consistent with applicable law in your jurisdiction.

6. Cookies and analytics

This marketing site uses a minimal analytics implementation to understand page performance and conversion behaviour, as described in our analytics documentation. It does not load third-party advertising trackers.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will update the "last updated" date above.
