Data Deletion Instructions

How to remove your data, or the data tied to a connected social account, from Tabala ContentOps.

This page is a draft pending final legal review. It reflects Tabala Digital Solutions' current terms and privacy practices.

This page explains how to request deletion of your Tabala ContentOps data, including data associated with any Facebook Page, Instagram account or LinkedIn Company Page you have connected. It exists to satisfy Meta's and LinkedIn's platform requirement that every app publish clear data-deletion instructions.

1. Disconnecting a connected account

From within the application, an organisation owner or administrator can disconnect any connected Facebook Page, Instagram account or LinkedIn Company Page from Settings → Connected Accounts.

Disconnecting immediately revokes and deletes the stored, encrypted access credential for that account. Where the platform supports it, disconnection also triggers a best-effort revocation call to the platform itself.

2. Requesting full account data deletion

To request deletion of your organisation's account and all associated data - including content, approvals and connection history - email notifications@tabaladigital.co.ke from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within a reasonable time, consistent with any legal or audit retention obligations that apply.

3. What gets deleted

Encrypted connected-account credentials, the specific account's metadata, and - upon a full account deletion request - your organisation's content, approval and publishing records.

Deletion does not retract content that was already published to a connected platform; that content is managed directly through that platform's own tools.

4. Contact
